Processing & Lead Times

Processing time is the time required to manufacture, prepare and package your order. It is in addition to, and separate from the delivery time selected at checkout.

As each item is individually 3D printed and made to order, our standard processing time is 1–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Smaller items, such as earrings and keyrings, are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Larger or multi-colour printed items, and those that are personalised or customised to your requirements may require the full processing period.

Do you need your order by a specific date?

Please contact us before placing your order. We will always advise whether your requested timescale is achievable, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.

Shop Closures & Holiday Periods

During busy periods, including Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day, processing times may increase to up to 10 working days.

Any planned shop closures or holiday periods will be announced on the website, and processing times will be updated accordingly.
