Processing & Lead Times
All items are made to order and individually 3D printed. Our standard processing time is 1–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. For full details, please see our Processing & Lead Times page.
Placing Your Order
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as incorrect details are a common cause of delay in delivery.
When you place an order by selecting an item and completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation listing your products.
Payment
We accept payment securely via PayPal or major debit/credit cards via Shopify Payments.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Please refer to their individual terms and policies for further information.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, if production has begun (this includes the design and creation of a personalised product, or printing has commenced), a 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover time, materials and work already completed. The remaining balance, including the original postage costs, will be refunded.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us (where eligible) before a refund can be processed. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail, based on weight and size. In some cases, a courier service may be used where appropriate.
Please allow 2–5 working days from your dispatch confirmation email for delivery, depending on the service selected at checkout.

EU & International Orders
Due to changes in international trade regulations following Brexit, and the introduction of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland or Europe due to the increased compliance requirements.
At this time, we do not ship overseas. If you're based in another country and are interested in our products, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a custom order.
Product Characteristics of 3D Printed Items
Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, layer lines, seam lines, and small surface variations may be present. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered faults. Slight imperfections may be present, such as stronger layer lines, light bumps on the rear or underside of a product, or colour bleed. We operate to a set quality control standard for every item we produce.
All items are intended for decorative use and should be handled with care. While durable for normal use, they may be more fragile than injection-moulded products if dropped or handled roughly.
Materials
Unless otherwise stated, products are made using PLA filament, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.
Product Colours
Product colours may vary slightly from the website photographs due to lighting, photography, and differences in screen displays.
Measurements
All measurements are approximate. Please refer to individual product listings for specific dimensions.
Intended Use
Products are intended for indoor decorative use unless otherwise stated.
They should not be exposed to high heat, direct prolonged sunlight, or outdoor weather conditions unless explicitly stated.
The products sold are not toys, and some products may contain small parts and should be kept out of reach of young children and pets.
Bulk Orders or Special Requests
For bulk orders or special requests, separate terms will be agreed upon at the quotation stage, including shipping costs and insurance, if applicable.
