Looking after your 3D printed product
To keep your item in the best possible condition, please follow the simple care guidance below.
Unless otherwise stated, products are made using PLA filament, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane, which makes it a more enviromentally friendly plastic.
3D printed items are designed for decorative use and should be handled with care. While they are suitable for normal handling, they may be more fragile than injection-moulded plastic products if dropped, bent, or exposed to rough handling.
Avoid exposing your item to high temperatures, such as radiators, hot cars, or hot direct sunlight through windows, as well as extreme cold temperatures, as PLA material can soften or warp under heat.
We recommend keeping items indoors and away from moisture and outdoor weather conditions unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
To clean your item, gently dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning sprays, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface finish. If an easy to remove mark appears, a very slightly damp cloth with water only can be used
Layer lines and surface texture are a natural characteristic of 3D printed items and do not affect their durability or appearance from normal viewing distance.
